Chilé




Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Chiles
  • Salt
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Put 4 avocado-sized tomatoes to boil
  2. Add 15-20 chiles to boil with the tomatoes as well
  3. Cook until tomatoes are soft
  4. Put all chiles, one tomato, and one clove of garlic into blender with small splash of water from the boiling pot
  5. Blend for about 10 seconds
  6. Add remaining tomatoes for a second [5 second] blend
  7. Put in serving tray
  8. Use a little water to rinse blender; put water in the tray
  9. Add about half a teaspoon of salt to tray
  10. Mix
*Add more or less of the corresponding ingredients to fine tune to your taste.
