Seasoned Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt [Lawry's]
- Mrs. Dash Original Blend salt-free
- Lemon Pepper with garlic & onion blend [McCormick California Style]
- Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat pot [medium-high]
- Rinse chicken
- Put on plate
- dress lightly in olive oil
- Season with Garlic Salt/Mrs. Dash/Lemon Pepper/Oregano
- Flip and repeat steps 4 & 5 on other side
- Put on flame
- Flip about 2-3 minutes in
- Put lid on with slight crack
- Continually flip for about 10-15 minutes until done
- Cover that shit in chile and eat!
