Seasoned Chicken Breast




Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt [Lawry's]
  • Mrs. Dash Original Blend salt-free
  • Lemon Pepper with garlic & onion blend [McCormick California Style]
  • Oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat pot [medium-high]
  2. Rinse chicken
  3. Put on plate
  4. dress lightly in olive oil
  5. Season with Garlic Salt/Mrs. Dash/Lemon Pepper/Oregano
  6. Flip and repeat steps 4 & 5 on other side
  7. Put on flame
  8. Flip about 2-3 minutes in
  9. Put lid on with slight crack
  10. Continually flip for about 10-15 minutes until done
  11. Cover that shit in chile and eat!
